Sony Xperia X1 or Nokia N97 or I Phone

For what you want the phone? i have an iPhone.

I like the Sony brand, but the Sony Xperia X1 have a terrible touchscreen.
N97 have a great camera 5MP. The bad; pricey(Original price $700) and bulk.
The iPhone 3GS is more fast(performance) than the N97. Cost $200 with a 2 years contract(AT&T). The bad; Does not have flash player.
